20. How often is the newsletter published?

The newsletter is released once a month, and highlights creative entries, fun announcements, and shout-outs to Cubloo Stars from around the world.

21. Does a Cubloo membership give access to shop products?

No, a Cubloo membership (Premium) gives you access to our digital Reading Room (eBooks & flipbooks. Shop items like physical products or merchandise are not included and can be purchased separately.

22. Do I need to log in to access or purchase content?

Yes, you must be logged in to your Cubloo account to purchase any product or access the Cubloo Digital Library (Premium Reading Rooms). Please log in first, and don’t forget to log out when you’re done!

23. Why can’t I see the Digital Library after my subscription expires, even if my account still says “active”?

Once your subscription period ends, your access to the Digital Library is automatically removed and you will no longer be able to view premium content. If you see “active” but cannot access the library, it simply means your access period is over and you’ll need to renew your membership to regain entry.
